Female Athlete Testimonials
“I hurt my back playing softball while pitching. It was devastating to me. I went to physio for months but it didn't get better. I was then referred to Marina and after just a few weeks of going to Prime Fitness and training with Marina my back started to become less and less painful. I saw improvements right away not only in my back and core strength but everything else as well including my legs, arms and overall strength. Training helped me become a faster and stronger athlete and also helped to prevent other injuries. I have not had any problems with my back since”!! Jamie Wells Rep A softball and U14 soccer player
After Jamie started training with you, both Fred and I saw a dramatic change in Jamie. Of course we were so pleased to see the problems with her back go away as she strengthened, but it wasn't so much the physical changes that impressed us the most, it was the mental side. Jamie was so much happier, - with everything. We could see a huge change in her self confidence, just what Jamie needed at this age.
So we sent her to you to fix a physical problem and we came out doubly blessed.
Thanks for everything you do. You are the best. Angie Wells, Jamie’s Mother
Having personally experienced the devastating injury of an ACL tear in both knees, I have learned the unquestionable importance of injury prevention in female athletes. The chances of sustaining a devastating sports injury is dramatically decreased through strength and stability training in order to increase hip and core stability, muscle strength, learning proper landing and cutting techniques and more. Working with Marina at Prime Fitness Inc post surgery in order to retrain my muscles, regain strength and stability, increase agility and much more has led to my successful and strong return to collegiate soccer. I fully support this program as Marina is unquestionably one of the best trainers to work with: someone who is very professional, knows what she's doing and truly cares about the athletes that she trains.
